Our Story

Swanaya Care Rituals didn’t begin as a business — it began with two mothers trying to help their daughters.

When our teenage daughters began struggling with acne and other skin concerns, we tried countless products hoping to find something gentle and effective for their changing skin. When nothing felt quite right, we turned to the ingredients and self-care traditions we had grown up around — herbs, botanicals, nourishing oils, and Ayurveda-inspired remedies.

What started as care for our families soon grew beyond our homes. Friends and family began trying what we made, loving the products, and encouraging us to share them with others. That encouragement became Swanaya Care Rituals, founded by Nidhi Kumar and Sweta Vashisth in Rancho Cucamonga, California.

Today, we continue to handcraft our skin and body care products in small batches, using thoughtfully selected botanical ingredients, herbs, and nourishing oils. From everyday self-care rituals to beautifully curated gifts, everything we create is meant to feel personal, comforting, and special.

Swanaya will always be more than skincare. It is care made by us, for the people we love — and now, for you.
